Introducing the Rapture Sundae: Vanilla Ice Cream and Frozen Chocolate Mousse in a hand-made chocolate bowl, covered in fresh berries, and accompanied by pitchers of dark, white chocolate and caramel sauces. Served on the side are Chambord, Amarula and Meletti Cioccolato liqueur. $14 for virgin, $18 for "loaded." Serves 2 to 3 people. To Die For!!!
Cheese Plate: Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor and Purple Haze Goat Cheeses, Grafton Village 2-year Aged Cheddar, Danish Baby Havarti, Sweet Grass Dairy Serendipity Heat and Asher Blue. A Charcuterie Plate has recently been added that includes prosciutto, duck foi gras pate, and saucisson sec with herbes de Provence.
Cheesecakes: White Chocolate-Chocolate Chip, Peach Melba, Cookie Dough
Cakes: Vanilla with Fresh Strawberry Buttercream, Flourless Chocolate Torte, Strawberry Suspension Cake, Banana Nutella
Tarts and Pies: Coconut Key Lime Tart, Beautiful Peach Tart, Chocolate Silk Pie
Fondue for Two: Homemade brown sugar pecan shortbread and coconut macaroons are accompanied by fresh strawberries and bananas. Ready for dipping in a bowl of warm dark chocolate.
Mousse Towers: Triple Chocolate (gluten-free)
Brownies: Goat Cheese, Cappuccino
Chocolate Truffles: white chocolate bourbon bellini, passionfruit, dark chocolate blackberry
Creme Brulee: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Espresso, White Chocolate Raspberry (gluten-free)
Home-made Frozen Mousse: White Chocolate Strawberry, Chocolate Espresso, Limoncello and Caramel Pecan
