If you've been in, you know the flavors for our tarts, cakes and cheesecakes change frequently. Here are this week's flavors: (Flavors subject to change any night.)
Introducing the Rapture Sundae: Three scoops of Frozen Chocolate Mousse in a hand-made chocolate bowl, covered in fresh berries, and accompanied by pitchers of dark, white chocolate and caramel sauces. Served on the side are Chambord, Amarula and Meletti Cioccolato liqueur for $18, $14 for virgin. Serves 2 to 3 people. To die for!!!
Cheese Plate: Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor and Purple Haze Goat Cheeses, Grafton Village 2-year Aged Cheddar, Danish Baby Havarti, Sweet Grass Dairy Serendipity Heat and Asher Blue. A Charcuterie Plate has recently been added that includes prosciutto, duck foie gras pate, and saucisson sec with herbes de Provence.
Cheesecakes: White Chocolate-Chocolate Chip, Chai, Chocolate Raspberry Swirl
Cakes: Lulu's Signature Strawberry Suspension Cake (pictured above): two layers of rum-brushed chocolate cake with a center of mascarpone cheese with strawberries suspended inside. A sleeve of chocolate holds the cake together on the outside.
Also: Flourless Chocolate Torte, Dread Velvet Cake, Malted Chocolate Cake
Tarts and Pies: Praline Pecan Pie, Bread Puddin with Apple Cider Caramel Sauce, Hazelnut Nutella Tart
Fondue for Two: Homemade brown sugar pecan shortbread and coconut macaroons are accompanied by fresh strawberries and bananas. Ready for dipping in a bowl of warm dark chocolate.
Mousse Towers: Triple Chocolate (gluten-free)
Brownies: Pistachio Cherry, Cappuccino
Chocolate Truffles: Peach Raspberry, Raspberry Chambord, Black Sesame Ginger, Pumpkin Spice, Milk Chocolate Coconut Almond
Creme Brulee: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Espresso, White Chocolate Raspberry (gluten-free)
